Already in a problem with trophies

I was playing NTCreature2 for literally hours and said to myself, "Self, you obviously like this. Why not make a Newgrounds account and enjoy all these trophies you've earned?"
What a brilliant idea.
So I made an account, and then realized I suddenly had NONE of the trophies from before.
"Weird." I thought. Oh, well. I can earn them all back, right?
Wrong.
The game itself still had all my saved data, and everything was still running like I was playing it. It still had all the trophies i've earned, but it didn't register on my account, which means I may never be able to re-earn the trophies i had already gotten from that game.
Any ideas what to do?
